We are two competitive fun and silly Co-Ed Flag Football teams in the Washington DC area. We play our games in Alexandria, Virginia just off of George Washington parkway. We play in a football league, where rules and regulations ensure outstanding play, and most importantly the involvement by all players. We are winners, and every season we give the other teams hell.
